There are a wide range of services available across Leeds, specific to certain needs and age brackets. Each service shown below provides information on what they offer, the ages they support and opening times.

Over 18 and need urgent help?

Teen Connect

We aren’t a call centre, we are a small, friendly team of people who all have some experience of managing our own difficulties.

We can offer up to an hour of support each night either by phone, text or online chat with one of our trained staff to talk about what you’re going through.

If we can’t support you right away, someone will let you know what time we can be available.
