Daily living and keeping safe
Here you’ll find information, resources and support for everyday life. Everyday tasks, such as going shopping or using public transport, are important for our physical and mental wellbeing. However, these environments can be busy and unpredictable which can be challenging. It’s important that neurodivergent children and young people access any support they need with these tasks to support their confidence, self-esteem and independence.
